Why we picked it
Cochrane found interdental brushes may be more effective than floss, and the NHS suggests them instead of flossing where there are gaps. At about 55p a brush they are the cheapest way to clean between teeth.
Best for
Anyone who can fit a brush between their teeth: the best-evidenced add-on to brushing
Not for
Very tight gaps, where floss or a water flosser is easier
The details that matter.
- • 0.4mm size (other sizes available)
