Your privacy.

We never sell your data. The Longer Living Check stores your answers and pillar scores. If you request an email, we store your email address, optional first name and your results so we can send the information you asked for.

The Sunday Swap

Newsletter consent is optional and unticked by default. We record when and where you give consent, and only send newsletter issues after you confirm your subscription. Every issue includes an unsubscribe link.

Services and links

Lovable Cloud stores these records and Resend delivers emails. Retailer links record the offer clicked and the time, not your identity. Saved picks stay in your browser.

Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 only if you choose Accept analytics. It collects pages visited, approximate location, device and browser information, and interactions such as retailer clicks, saved picks, check starts and completions (including the overall score), and newsletter sign-ups. Google processes your IP address to derive approximate location and does not log or store it in Analytics. We do not send your name, email address, individual check answers or email confirmation links to Google Analytics.

Analytics cookies help distinguish visits and may remain for up to two years. Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalised advertising stay disabled. Google may process analytics information outside the UK under its applicable data protection safeguards. See Google’s privacy policy for details.

You can accept or reject analytics with equal choice. Use Cookie settings in the footer at any time to change your choice. Rejecting stops analytics collection and clears this site’s Google Analytics cookies. We remember your choice in your browser. Essential storage for saved picks and your privacy choices works without analytics consent.
