Why we picked it
Blocking light during sleep is the part of the mask story with real trial support, and the Manta’s separately adjustable eye cups give one of the most complete blackouts we found at under £30 from a UK store.
Best for
Anyone who wants full darkness without pressure on the eyelids, at a mid-range price
Not for
People who find a strap and moulded eye cups too bulky for stomach sleeping
The details that matter.
