Where we checked it: helloklean.com ›
Why we picked it
It combines the media that actually work in hot water (KDF copper-zinc and calcium sulphite) with activated carbon, and the brand links to an SGS chlorine reduction report over a stated 10,000 litre life rather than just saying it filters.
Best for
Anyone with a handheld shower on a hose who wants a one-swap chlorine filter with published test reports
Not for
People hoping to soften hard water or fix limescale, and anyone with an electric shower whose hose fitting is non-standard
