What heaters does it use?
It is a full spectrum sauna. True Wave full spectrum heaters at the front give near, mid and far infrared, and carbon and ceramic far infrared panels line the back, sides and leg area. Clearlight publishes its own low EMF readings, which fall to near zero where you sit.
Is delivery and installation included?
Yes for most of mainland UK (zones 1 and 2) and Scotland zone 1: technicians bring it to the room you choose, build it and take the packaging away. A survey beforehand checks access and that the correct electrical supply is in place. Remote areas get a separate quote.
What warranty does it have?
Clearlight gives a limited lifetime warranty for home use covering the cabin, heaters and electronics against manufacturing defects. Commercial use gets five years. On-site labour is not covered, so keep your installation paperwork.
What do I need in the garden first?
A level, well-drained base (decking or slabs, which also helps airflow) and a suitable outdoor electrical supply, usually a dedicated circuit with an isolation switch. Budget for an electrician and groundwork on top of the sauna price.
